Imagine, in a world full of mishaps and misery, you are stepping into a world where thank you for revealing the hidden gems that enrich your life. Every word of appreciation you utter works like a magic wand. Sprinkle its magic on your life and transform your day, relationship, and life.

Ready to turn that key? Let’s dive into the world of gratitude and kindness and discover its transformative power.

Cherry on the top

I can understand how challenging it can be to pursue your dreams when you face opposition from your loved ones. You have a strong desire to learn and a deep curiosity that drives you to seek answers. My journey towards self-discovery and academic excellence is truly inspiring. It’s amazing how I found my passion for math and quantum physics and how it opened up a whole new world of opportunities for me. I can imagine how proud you must be of yourself for overcoming your past struggles and pursuing your education with vigor. Your story is a testament to the power of perseverance and the importance of following your heart.

But how did I do this? My answer is in two words: Kindness and Gratitude. I am practicing them.

Kindness

A treasure of all hidden possibilities that the universe shows me to learn more and allow me to find my mistakes and loopholes in my life. I take responsibility for all things in my life.

Gratitude

A hidden treasure chest or a magic wand- attracts similar experiences.

However, there is a different way to pay for it.

In my case, I did this by helping others. Gratitude is like anything; any action or feeling you are grateful for attracts those things or things with the same energy.

Gratitude and kindness aren’t just feel-good philosophy; they’re akin to the intriguing concept of quantum entanglement in physics, where distant particles mirror each other’s states. Albert Einstein famously called it “spooky action at a distance.” Let’s explore how gratitude and altruism can beautifully reflect this principle in our daily lives.”

“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give,”

― Sir Winston Churchill

After pondering on all the incidents in my life, I learned three life lessons: personal, family, business, social circle, or close friends. We can create a healthier living environment for us and others by implementing these.

The boomerang effect of kindness:

A boomerang is defined as returning to the person who is throwing it. When you are kind to others, be it your personal life, professional life, those who meet you on the street, and those who cause grief in your life. Kindness is the epitome of a human being and one of the secrets of a calm life.

“Constant kindness can accomplish much. As the sun makes ice melt, kindness causes misunderstanding, mistrust, and hostility to evaporate.”

― Albert Schweitzer

When you extend a hand to help someone, it’s like sending a boomerang into the world. In other words, it sends a signal to the universe. You might not see the immediate return, but the impact of your kindness ripples through the universe, creating waves that eventually find their way back to you.

It’s a cycle of positivity; lifting others sets the stage for your upliftment, drawing experiences and people into your life that resonate with the same frequency of kindness.

Gratitude as a Frequency Tuner:

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”

― Nikola Tesla

We all are physical creatures trapped in a material world. However, we are physical and composed of energy and frequency. Our brain emits 1 to 100 cycles per second. The energy emitted by your heart is your superpower. It is 5000 times stronger than the brain.

“The human heart has hidden treasures, in secret kept, in silence sealed.”

― Charlotte Brontë

Gratitude can act as a turner of your life’ frequency. The habit of thankfulness is adjusting your frequency to frequency to the positive, to the things you are thankful for, and to the joyful. It’s about setting a stage for similar experiences. In this way, gratitude works like quantum entanglement.

Setting a frequency to a specific level is very important to attract those things as the universe works like this.

The Spooky Beauty of Life’s Interconnections

Einstein’s “spooky action at a distance” suggests that two particles at a distance intertwine. When you express gratitude, you might be surprised at how your actions and feelings are interconnected with the responses and experiences that come back to you, often from the most unexpected sources and in the most unexpected ways.

Practical Ways to Harness this Power

How can you actively engage in the process of kindness and gratitude?

Ok! Let’s first talk about kindness:

You are consciously performing an act of kindness. You did not want to help someone; maybe you were tired or for any other reason. Take conscious actions to help.

Reminder!

Always show kindness, but your priority is yourself. It means paying attention to what you want. If you feel all the time, you ignore yourself. No, don’t do it.

Now gratitude

First check: Did you have something to pay gratitude for? Let’s check it:

The Gratitude Questionnaire–6 (GQ-6)

Using the scale below as a guide, write a number beside each statement to indicate how much you agree with it. 1 = strongly disagree, 2 = disagree, 3 = slightly disagree, 4 = neutral, 5 = slightly agree, 6 = agree, 7 = strongly agree

1. I have so much in life to be thankful for.

2. If I had to list everything I felt grateful for, it would be very long.

3. Looking at the world, I don’t see much to be grateful for.

4. I am grateful to a wide variety of people.

5. As I get older, I find myself more able to appreciate the people, events, and situations that have been part of my life history.

6. A long time can pass before I feel grateful for something or someone.

The GQ-6 has been used to measure trait gratitude in many of the studies cited in this paper.

The Chinese version of the GQ-6 was validated in a study of Taiwanese undergraduates (L. H. Chen, Chen, Kee, & Tsai, 2009).

Keep a diary, book, or small pocket-size diary if you have none. Take a bunch of papers, cut them into pocket-size, and bind them. Here is your gratitude journal. Write all the things you are grateful for.

My Thanksgiving list for today Feb, December 15, 2023,

  1. I am thankful for the cozy and comfortable place to sleep.
  2. I am thankful for my health.
  3. I am thankful that I can work.
  4. I am thankful for my little progress in learning.
  5. I am thankful for all the available resources that help me work, like the Internet, desktop, medium, Quora, and artificial intelligence.
  6. I am thankful for offering my prayer.
  7. Most importantly, I am thankful to God; He is here watching me, helping me, and changing the cosmos to help me.

You can make your lists too daily.

As you embark on this journey of giving and gratitude, watch as your life begins to mirror the positivity you emit. Just like the mysterious quantum entanglement, the connections you create through kindness and thankfulness will create a harmonious balance in your life, attracting experiences and emotions that resonate with your actions. The universe is ready to respond to your positive frequency; are you prepared to signal?
