Success is not a thing you pursue, it attracts. Success is a nice beautiful, positive energy. It requires a good place to stay. It did not stay in negative places. Create a space for it, and become a person who can sustain it, it will come.
Are you tired of feeling like life is just happening to you? It’s time to take control and make a change! The key to success lies within, and it all starts by studying yourself. Who are you?
We often get so caught up in the physical world and let external factors dictate our lives, but it’s time to break free! Did you know that most people react to life instead of truly living it? Don’t let that be you! Take charge, tap into your spirituality, and unleash your full potential. The road to success may not be easy, but it all starts with that first step of self-discovery. Are you ready to take it?
Let’s first define a success:
Nightingale had a great definition for it. He said, “A person is successful if they know where they are, they know where they are going, and they are progressively moving in that direction.” He said “Success was the progressive realization of a worthy ideal “Anyone who has a goal and they are moving towards it, they’re successful.”
Bob Proctor says there are two barriers to success:
Conditioning:
As infants, we undergo an incredible conditioning process, which happens entirely in our subconscious. We learn and act, which is why we know the language we do! Imagine different musical instruments were playing in our home. You would naturally become curious and start experimenting, potentially learning to play several of them through exposure and playful exploration! However, we grow older and think playing musical instruments is challenging. However, we can learn all of them if we set our mind to it! The only barrier we face is the powerful conditioning we’ve received, usually filled with terrible ideas. That’s the hurdle we must overcome to achieve our goals.
Environment:
Then there’s the environment — the barrier outside of us. We tend to act like everyone around us, but does that make sense? If we stop and think, we’ll realize that we’re not living the life we want. In fact, 95% of us would say no to that question! So, let’s redefine what we want from our lives and ask ourselves if we’re truly living up to our potential. The world is our oyster; we can achieve anything if we set our minds to it!
Reminder! Anybody can win, anybody at all.
To escape from the environmental conditioning, start questioning whether you know how to do it or wonder how to do it better?
I saw people around me doing some kind of work, let’s say learning, and practicing math. All students are doing in the same way.
I wonder whether they know what they are doing. Did they try to find a better way to do it? No, the majority did not know but they still hate Math. I seriously how we can hate something if we don’t know what it is.
Instead of believing in these factors, we have to change our attitude toward us and the world.
Studying yourself is the key. Most people don’t know who they are. We always say: my name, my body, my hair, my learnings, my thoughts, my likes and dislikes but who am I? We are spiritual creatures, have intellect, and live in physical bodies.
Our outside world is a reflection of our inner world.
To understand the answer to these questions, studying our mind, our heart, and our soul is damn important. Without understanding these things we can’t change our inner self, and we can’t understand who we are.
Understanding the mind
Analyzing our patterns of negative thinking, our biases towards the world, and limiting our beliefs is crucial for personal growth. The mind observes and processes our thoughts, beliefs, and knowledge. The mind also processes emotion. Emotional intelligence plays a vital role in today’s success. AI systems today have high intelligence levels but they are not emotionally intelligent.
The mind is a powerful realm. It emits frequency which attracts the like frequency. Understanding what we are emitting because it shapes our reality.
Exploring the heart.
The heart influences our brain, the brain is logical and the heart is creative and emotional. Emotions are strong and they never get wrong. The heart holds our emotions, passions, and motivations. It teaches us compassion and empathy for meaningful relationships. It also teaches resilience and strength in vulnerability through experiences of love, grief, joy, and sorrow.
Did you know that the heart is actually 100,000 times stronger electrically and up to 5,000 times stronger magnetically than the brain? It’s true!
If we ignore our heart what he trying to say and focus on the brain only. Heart is going to hurt us. Imagine how powerful the heart is. If a human being is not aware of its power what kind of disastrous things we do to us?
Understanding the soul.
The soul is linked to inner peace and harmony. It depicts the spiritual existence of our being. It does not follow the rules of the physical world. It’s in a different realm and a different story. Our soul wants something from us and this leads a person to explore one’s purpose, the meaning of life.
It involves exploring our core values, deepest desires, and the essence of what makes us uniquely ourselves. This introspection leads to greater self-awareness, inner peace, and a sense of purpose.
We started finding the meaning of life from money and ending up in a place we never imagined. Having a purpose or a meaning for life leads to a better life.
Questions to ask yourself for finding a life purpose.
What is my passion?
Talent is not a person born with. It comes from passion and hard work
What are my dreams? Keep questioning them until you do not define them clearly in your diary.
What kind of experiences make me feel fulfilled?
What are my core values? Is I defined them or have I conditioned myself with them?
What beliefs are most important to me and how do they guide my decisions and actions?
Experiment with different things and get experience. Life purpose is often discovered through experiences and challenges. Exploring these three dimensions enables an understanding of one’s self. Exploring these three dimensions enables an understanding of one’s self.
